This option will trigger the compilation of the ESP-IDF bootloader
inside the build folder.
At flash time, the bootloader will be flashed with the zephyr image

(SOC_ESP32 || SOC_ESP32S2 || SOC_ESP32C3) && !BOOTLOADER_MCUBOOT

(Includes any dependencies from ifs and menus.)
