Use UICR

Help

When this option is selected, the SystemInit() function loads the
firmware branch state of the secure APPROTECT mechanism from UICR,
so if UICR->SECUREAPPROTECT is disabled, CTRLAP->SECUREAPPROTECT
will be disabled.
