kconfig

This module contains the Kconfig configuration logic.

It provides the following targets:

• menuconfig: Run the Kconfig menuconfig tool.

• guiconfig: Run the Kconfig guiconfig tool.

• hardenconfig: Run the Kconfig hardenconfig tool.

• traceconfig: Run the Kconfig traceconfig tool.

Variables

After loading this module, the following global variables are defined:

KCONFIG_ROOT

Path to the Kconfig root file. Default: ${ZEPHYR_BASE}/Kconfig.

AUTOCONF_H

Path to the generated autoconf header file. Default: ${PROJECT_BINARY_DIR}/include/generated/zephyr/autoconf.h.

DOTCONFIG

Path to the generated .config file. Default: ${PROJECT_BINARY_DIR}/.config.

EXTRA_KCONFIG_TARGETS

List of extra Kconfig targets to add.

EXTRA_KCONFIG_TARGET_COMMAND_FOR_<target>

Command to run for the extra Kconfig target.

The Kconfig fragments this module reads are selected by CONF_FILE and EXTRA_CONF_FILE, which are resolved by the configuration_files module.
