Enable metakeys

Enables shell meta keys: Ctrl+a, Ctrl+b, Ctrl+c, Ctrl+d, Ctrl+e,
Ctrl+f, Ctrl+k, Ctrl+l, Ctrl+u, Ctrl+w, Alt+b, Alt+f
Meta keys will not be active when shell echo is set to off.
